All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts may apply and will be shown before you check out.

• Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
• We may run promotions or discounts that are subject to their own terms and can be withdrawn at any time.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order.

We aim to deliver every order hot and on time, with most arriving in under 30 minutes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic. You're responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive your order.

Because food is prepared fresh to order, cancellations are only possible before preparation begins. If something isn't right with your order, let us know promptly and we'll make it right through:

• A replacement item, where appropriate.
• A partial or full refund, at our reasonable discretion.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

When using our services, you agree not to:
